2017 Beastie calendars, that is!
This year’s calendar features all-new photos – for those of you who are proud owners of the 2016 version, there won’t be any repeats in the coming year! Explorer Beastie is hogging the limelight as usual…
…But I snuck in a few of my favourite Beastie friends from the last 12 months as well!
I’ve chosen a slightly different layout this time, which I think looks clearer and allows more space to write in the details of your busy life. Now all you have to do is decide how to spend your year!

The Science Bit…
A single calendar will set you back a mere €12, and postage anywhere on the island of Ireland is free! If you live elsewhere, P&P will be an extra €3 for one calendar… Or if you’d like a few, I’ll calculate the postage based on the total weight of the parcel. Ping me over payment by PayPal, and your calendar(s) will be in the post that same day (Post Office opening hours permitting, of course)!
Oh, and get your order in soon – I’m only doing one batch this year!
And while we’re on the subject of time management and busy lives, Silly Season is now officially in full swing! So much crafting to do… and since most of my latest Beasties are destined to spend a little time under the Christmas tree before meeting their new families, it’ll be New Year before I’m able to share their photos with you. With that in mind, the BeastieBlog will be scaling back to just Tuesday posts for the time being. Normal service will resume in 2017!

No!!! Stop tempting me! I’m not ready for Xmas shopping (wait, I never am). I’ve thought of making a calendar of my own art, but I think the only person who’d buy one would be my mom ;)) Looking forward to seeing all the new Beasties in the New Year.
Heeheehee! Sorry to be throwing you in the path of temptation there… Or am I? 😈 I just started doing calendars as a fun thing – with my first one, I printed up maybe 5 and gave them to friends & family for a laugh. But they actually liked them! Maybe get one of your own made up for your mum this year… You never know where it might lead 😀
And now you’re tempting me to add more things to my to-do list. Devil woman!!
Yes, I suppose I am… It’s probably so that I feel less distressed about the state of my OWN to-do list, which truly runneth over just now! 😆

Yep! No sleep for me until Christmas eve, when I will most likely doze off on the bus home, miss my stop and end up having to ask Santa for a lift back to my parents’ house 😆 How are you getting on, Simon?

Yes, I’m Helen… Hello! 👋 I don’t think I’ve fallen asleep on public transport and missed my stop before, but there’s a first time for everything! It’ll all be worth it when I finally make it to the family homestead for a couple of days of R&R though 😀 Hope you make it through the festive season with your sanity intact!

I think the 2005 film was ok. It kinda kept to the story just added a few bits. Stephen frys narration was great but it wasn’t the classic it could have been i agree!
Boyfriend has the old BBC series knocking around on DVD here somewhere… I might actually crack it out for a rewatch soon! It’s waaay more low-rent than the movie, but it’s so much more fun!
