Mini Beastie goes to Wisley

A couple of weeks ago, I got an email from LucyAnn at LucyAnn and Luna Craft. She told me that she’d finally had a chance to take her MiniBeastie for a trip to the Royal Horticultural Society’s garden at Wisley in Surrey, and the Beasties and I were so excited to see that she’d documented this micro-monster’s first day out in a post on her own blog! I thought it might be fun to share this with you all, so I’m going to take this opportunity to do my FIRST EVER REBLOG!
So, without further ado… Take it away, LucyAnn! And thanks again for taking the time and blog space to share your new little woolly buddy’s adventures with the world!

Today we took Mini Beastie on his first outing, I won mini Beastie back in February from Helen at craw craft beasties, but hadn’t got around to taking him out.

Mini Beastie really enjoyed climbing in the alpine house.

He found these flowers at the top of his climb

He then went on to the second Alpine house

He really enjoyed the mini flowers, they are just the right size for a Mini Beastie to have in his garden

Mini Beastie would like his own mini garden, now he has seen some inspiration.

  1. Hi Helen, I think your blog is fantastic because it gives all of us followers the chance to see such wonderful places scattered around the world thanks to our Beasties which are so hungry for knowledge and amazing things as probably all of us Beastie-owners are!

    1. Hi Antonello… Hope you and your Beastie family are well! Thanks for your kind words – as you know, I always love to see what those little monsters get up to once they leave Beastie Towers. Here’s wishing you a summer full of monster adventures! Keep in touch 🙂

  2. Hallo, next weekend here will be a Bank Holiday: 2nd of June is the Italian Republic Foundation anniversary, so we’ll be off for a long weekend in Abruzzo: Villetta Barrea and we’ll take our Beasties with us! Expect many new photos!!!

  3. Mini Beasties in Alpine meadows….. whatever next? Wisley is a garden I have always meant to visit. Trust a Beastie to get there first!

    1. I know… what a perfect setting for him! Wisley looks like a great day out as well – I’m sure there would be plenty of bees there to keep you company if you ever do visit! 🐝
